How it all started
JP’s journey began with a personal understanding of the hospitality industry’s challenges as co-founder of London’s premier sweet treats brand, Crosstown. As an early adopter of marketplaces, he quickly realised that while these platforms offered opportunities, they didn’t provide the control and visibility he needed over his brand and customer data. Driven by a vision for better solutions in online hospitality, JP founded Slerp in 2016.
His goal was to empower hospitality businesses to sell more and manage better online, moving away from outdated practices. He envisioned a platform that seamlessly connected systems—from POS and payments to deliveries and CRM—allowing businesses to operate efficiently and effectively in a digital world.
