The only variable costs are payments and couriers.
The vast majority of payments are 1.3%+20p. More niche cards (i.e. Diners Club) are charged at 2.9%+20p.

If you utilise our integrated courier partners to enable delivery (almost everyone does), there is a cost for delivery. The majority of this is paid by the end-customer, leaving a small amount for you to cover.

We have a dedicated onboarding team that hand-holds and guides you through the entire process. Smaller operators can be live and trading in days. If you are a mid-market brand with franchisees, we have a process to ensure they are bought in and trained for maximum impact.
